Courtney Bell is an accomplished performer who most recently appeared as Little Red in Shrek the Musical (Gordon Frost Organisation) and as Sophie in Packemin Productions' MAMMA MIA, for which she was nominated for Best Actress in a Musical in the 2019 Broadway World Awards. Courtney made her professional debut at a young age as Gretl in the Gordon Frost Organisation's THE SOUND OF MUSIC, and went on to appear in their productions of ANNIE (Molly) and THE WIZARD OF OZ. After completing a Bachelor of Social Sciences Majoring in Psychology and Counselling, Courtney also graduated from Actors Centre Australia's full-time course. Other credits include the Australian and New Zealand premiere tour of MADIBA THE MUSICAL, Kangroo in DOT AND THE KANGAROO (NIDA Directors Season), the short film OCCUPIED (Lola Films), MORTIFIED now appearing on Netflix and SheShakespeare's AS YOU LIKE IT for which she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Play at the 2018 Broadway World Awards.

Courtney has extensive experience as an acting, singing and dancing coach. She has worked in a number of performing arts institutions and high schools, coaching a variety of ages from preschool to high school students. She has taught speech and drama as well as specialised audition and self tape coaching. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Majoring in Psychology and Counselling), and has completed full-time acting training at Actors Centre Australia.
